How to make coffee?

A good cup of coffee in the morning can create a mood for the whole day. However, when cafes are closed, you may not have to rely on a barista to serve your daily dish. If so, you could make a good dish yourself. Depending on the amount of coffee you drink per day, it can also save you cash. With these nine simple rules, you can make the perfect cup of coffee right at home every morning.

French Press

French Press is one of the most preferred coffee making techniques in homes and offices. The main reason for this is the ability to make delicious coffee in a very practical way and in a short time.

Preparation / 10 min:

• Add about 1 gram of coffee and boiling water to 1 cup of coffee.

Use a 1/15 ratio (eg 300 g of water for 20 g of coffee)

•Kasutage 1/15 suhet (nt 300 g vett 20 g kohvi jaoks)

Advantages:

When making French press coffee, the aroma and content are strong, as the coffee comes in direct contact with the hot water without passing through the filter.

Again, because you do not use bleached paper coffee filters that contain chemicals called dioxin and epichlorohydrin, which become carcinogenic on contact with water, the French press is considered one of the cleanest and healthiest techniques for making coffee.

MOKA POT

For those who like coffee in small portions and strong, it is possible to achieve the closest coffee experience to an espresso with a mocha jug.

Advantages:

Ainus asi, mida vajate tugeva kohvi valmistamiseks ja Moka potiga intensiivse maitse saamiseks, on pliit, mis on iga köögi üks sisseseade. Pealegi, kuna need on valmistatud alumiiniumist, hoiavad mokapotid kauem soojust sees ja teie kohv ei jahtu kohe.

Preparation / 15 min:

• Fill the bottom chamber of your Moka pot with water to the screw you see inside.

• Boil water and let it rest for 1-2 minutes.

• Place the ground coffee in a coffee chamber with a thickness suitable for a loaf jug, place it in the lower chamber and assemble the upper part.

• Put the moccasin on the stove, increase the heat slightly as the water starts to boil and makes noises.

• Your coffee is ready when you hear a hissing sound!

POUR OVER

Pouring over basically means brewing coffee in the filter by slowly pouring water on it. Chemex or Hario V60 is usually used during this brewing process.

Advantages:

"Pour over" gives a more intense flavor as it is made, evenly moistening all parts of the coffee during brewing, revealing the unique aromas and notes of the coffee beans.

MATERIALS:

* 32 g värskelt röstitud kohvi
* 500 ml boiled drinking water (94 ° C)
* Coffee grinder

Preparation / 10 minutes:

• Boil water and let it rest for 1-2 minutes.

• Place the filter in the tool you are using for pouring.

• Gently place the ground coffee in a filter and flatten the surface, smoothing it.

• Slowly filter a quarter glass of water to get all the coffee wet.

• Wait 30 seconds.

• Pour the remaining water 2-3 times, touching each part of the coffee and waiting in the meantime.

1. Grind your beans a little thinner than filter coffee.
2. If you do not have filtered water in the kettle, heat your carbohydrate to 94 ° C (do not boil water and then cool).
3. Insert the filter paper into the perforated filter section of the Aeropress and screw it into place.
4. Start the Aeropress, cup, filter paper (to get rid of the paper odor) with plenty of hot water.
5. Weigh the cup and place it in the air press.
6. Take the ground coffee in the Aeropress and tap the sides so that the coffee forms a flat bed.
7. Turn on the scale and start the clock.
8. Quickly add 230 ml of water from the heater to the coffee and stir vigorously for 5 seconds (all coffee should be saturated).
9. Insert the upper part into the lower part without losing time, just enough so that it enters the rubber part (thus preventing coffee from flowing out of the paper).
10. In the first minute, remove the top and stir again for 5 seconds.
11. Replace the top part, remove it from the weight and press it down gently. The total time should not exceed 1.30 minutes.
12. Thin the grinding level if it is pressed too fast, on the contrary, thicken it by pressing it too slowly.
13. You can drink the coffee as it is or add water to dilute it a little.
14. Loosen the screw and push it all the way into the dustbin to get rid of the coffee grounds. Wash all parts with hot water.
